- The coaches are trusted MPI facilitators/partners who are committed to deal with your leadership challenges in any field for personal and organizational growth Plan and monitor progress on your goals.

MPI’s core focus is providing high-quality training and development, mentoring and coaching and producing research with impact. We try to answer the big questions and challenges while caring for the individual well-being of learners and this we cannot do alone.
