Programme Overview

This programme is for leaders who aspire to have a transformational leadership role in their organizations and seek to become effective transformational purposeful leaders. For others it is a short-term programme intended to help them refresh and build on their existing leadership skills in order to increase their leadership capacity in their current position and in their next position.

This programme culminates to BQA certification. It can either be taken for two days for non-credit bearing certification or for up to three weeks for credit bearing. The programme will also be available as a Post-graduate certificate.

The programme comprises of a combination of interactive and hands-on techniques, encouraging participants to share their own experiences in relation to their leadership roles and apply the programmes’ material to real-life work scenarios.

Participants are taken through detailed explanations of how to move from an ordinary leader to a transformational purposeful leader.Furthermore the Leadership Development Programme provides the opportunity for all to network, meet like-minded professionals and high-performing leaders who are interested in accelerating their leadership capabilities through learning teams’ sessions.

The primary objective of this Leadership Development Programme is to stimulate discussion whilst ensuring overall coverage and application of the subject matter where applicable hence the learning team sessions. Each participant will receive a detailed reference manual, including case studies.
