The Management and Leadership Development Programme is critical for managers at middle-management and senior-level and those who aspire to be in those levels. It equips managers with skills and competencies to perform their management responsibilities and implement their organisations’ strategic objectives in a more effective and efficient manner for global competitiveness.
The programme further provides a basic understanding of the different fields of management to ensure that managers do not perform their own management functions in isolation.
Who should attend?
There are no formal requirements but candidates need to be experienced practising senior and middle level whose activities are strategic. Middle managers and seniors who have clear career goals and who realize that their advancement depends on their ability to understand all the different areas in a business and to adopt new and improved ways of managing themselves and others.
