Supervisory Skills
A supervisor is someone who is in charge of a section, department or unit in either a business environment or at a private institution. Their main tasks are to communicate certain duties to the employees who work under them, and to ensure that these duties have been fulfilled to the standards that were set out. As a result managers and
supervisors often have to manage various employees and aspects of the business simultaneously and this can place great stress on those in these positions. Moeti Practicum Institute therefore will be providing supervisors and managers with the skills and competencies they need to manage their time, communicate effectively, motivate their employees, resolve workplace confrontations, prevent and address inappropriate workplace behavior, conduct legal and unbiased employee interviews, and manage the performance of their direct reports.
